Appointments
When you make an appointment, the time is held just for you. Therefore, it is important that you make your appointment for a time that is convenient for you. If you must cancel an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so that we have adequate time to schedule another patient who is awaiting treatment.
Telephone Calls
We encourage you to call with questions regarding your treatment. Our administrative staff is trained to answer most questions. If your call requires that the doctor speak with you, please leave a message and the doctor will return your call at the earliest opportunity.
Emergency Care
We recognize that emergency situations do arise and we will do our best to respond to you as quickly as possible. If an emergency arises during normal office hours, please call the office as early in the day as possible. We reserve special times for patients with emergency needs and you will be seen as quickly as possible. If your emergency takes place after office hours, please call the office answering machine for the doctor on call.
